La cuisine du Chef
After several years at Maison Pic in Valence, our Chef Philippe Vignon is committed for several seasons between Saint Tropez and Courchevel. He will then decide to put his bags down in Vienna where he opens his first restaurant ” Le cloître ” which he will operate for 7 years.
Anxious to acquire new skills, he embarked aboard the Livia, a restaurant boat on the Rhône, to officiate as Chef before joining the kitchens of our restaurant in 2009. Our chef is passionate about nature, the mountains, but especially his native “” Drôme “”.
He likes fine local products and obviously favors short circuits with producers from Auvergne Rhône Alpes.
