Restaurant A pas de Loup

Comfortably installed in the heart of the den, Erwann, our restaurant manager, will present you with a brasserie type menu that will satisfy the gourmets, with the traditional Charolais beef burger and the carnivores, with a choice of meats cooked a la plancha. Come and discover the cuisine of our young chef Guillaume Dupuy.

In order to offer you always fresher products but also concerned about our environmental impact, we privilege short circuits by working in close collaboration with the producers of the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes.

Our restaurant “A pas de loup” welcomes you from Monday to Friday, for lunch from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm and from Monday to Thursday for dinner from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
