Treat yourself in our restaurant “Les Tournesols” with the menu of our chef Philippe VIGNON. Bistro-style cuisine made from fresh, seasonal products. Also to discover : our “” Salad Bar “”, compose and taste your tailor-made salads. Whether gluten-free, vegetarian or high protein, you choose your ideal meal!

In order to offer you products that are always fresher but also mindful of our environmental impact, we favor short circuits by working in close collaboration with producers in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region.

La cuisine du Chef

After several years at Maison Pic in Valence, our Chef Philippe Vignon is committed for several seasons between Saint Tropez and Courchevel. He will then decide to put his bags down in Vienna where he opens his first restaurant " Le cloître " which he will operate for 7 years.

Anxious to acquire new skills, he embarked aboard the Livia, a restaurant boat on the Rhône, to officiate as Chef before joining the kitchens of our restaurant in 2009. Our chef is passionate about nature, the mountains, but especially his native "" Drôme "".

He likes fine local products and obviously favors short circuits with producers from Auvergne Rhône Alpes.
